Who wouldn't want to take part in a Thanksgiving feast,
as we know them from American series and movies?

We would like to make this possible for our guests on 28 November:
Our Executive Chef has created a Thanksgiving menu like no other:

Soup
Pumpkin cream soup, roasted pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil

Main course:
Turkey with cranberry sauce, served with the following side dishes:
Mashed potatoes au gratin,
Sweet potato casserole with marshmallows,
carrots with maple syrup and parsley,
mac´n´cheese,
sweet and salty cornbread with bacon, leeks and celery,
parsnip and pecan casserole,
roasted pumpkin slices,
Brussels sprouts from the oven,
creamy bean and mushroom casserole,
baked herb potatoes.

Dessert
Banana Pudding, Apple Crumble
